Shipment Information
SHIPMENT AND FEES
Anna Sammarone ships worldwide.
Shipment is free.
As required by International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports, all shipments from Anna Sammarone are accompanied by an invoice declaring the exact total value of merchandise purchased in US dollars.
Sale items purchased will be accompanied by an invoice declaring the discounted value of the items.
CUSTOM DUTIES
Import duties and charges are included in the item price.
SHIPMENT DATE
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday 9am / 5pm CET working days.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on Monday morning.
Orders placed in the period going from 22nd December to 1st January will be processed on 2nd January.
Anna Sammarone ships using DHL standard shipping.

Anna Sammarone shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international custom issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Anna Sammarone.
Orders with available merchandise are shipped the same day as order placement.
In any case, Anna Sammarone reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond control.
Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
When the order is shipped, Customers receive an e-mail from info@annasammarone.com specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.
In the event of delays in customs, Customers will be notified directly by the courier and/or Anna Sammarone.
SUCCESSFUL SHIPMENT DELIVERY
Upon delivery of every order, Customers are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery.
Anna Sammarone packages are carefully sealed in a box with tape around the sides of the box.
If for any reason the box looks tampered, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package.
In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered, please open a claim immediately with the courier and contact our Customer Service.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Customer’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the Anna Sammarone commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Customer’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy.
These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

In case customers are not satisfied with an order for size not compliant or defective item, the items can be returned max within 14 days from the purchase/payment date.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Customer should e-mail info@annasammarone.com max within 14 days from their purchase/payment date to request a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.) and including motivation for the return.
Please include also your Order Number to be returned, and state if your request is for an item exchange or a refund.
Please send the return according to the shipping terms, including the indicated courier.
Please write the Return Authorization Number on the Airway Bill, on the outside of the box and complete the AirWay Bill as per the instructions in the RAN email.
Return shipments are free only from Italy, while in case of international shipping the return shipment costs will be deducted from your item exchange or refund.
Refund specification: refunds will be accepted and processed only in case of defective item or in case your correct size will be unavailable in our stock promptly for item size exchange.
Refunds will be net of return shipment costs if out of Italy.
Once the refund request will be verified and approved by Anna Sammarone, it will be immediate.
